There is a small inspection fee between £20- £35 for home visits if the machine can not be repaired due to parts being obsolete or beyond repair. Vacuum cleaners are a free estimate. This covers fuel and time.
We work 8am- 4pm Monday to Friday. We can offer later times and weekends on occasions.
We cover a 20 mile radius from DY8 (excluding Birmingham ulez zones)
We prefer you to call and bring hoovers to our business address if possible although we can collect and return for a £10 fee.

As a rule we repair larger domestic appliances but feel free to message us with your enquiry.
We had a showroom for 25 years in Stourbridge and can still offer supply of white goods. However we no longer have our shop and concentrate more on the repair side of the business.
We’ve been repairing appliances since 1999.
The average repair is between £70 to £80.
All prices will be advised and only carried out with your consent. We do not charge the inspection fee if you go ahead with quote of repair.
Most repairs take less than 1 hour and we aim to get to you within 48 hours of calling.
We do require for someone over 18 to be at the premises when we attend.
We can work for 3rd parties but require the tenant to pay where you can then reimburse them where necessary. Once relationships are built up we may offer different terms.
